TWA Flight 800
On Wednesday afternoon, you will have the option of viewing the reconstructed center fuselage of the Boeing 747 that crashed in the Atlantic during the 1996 Summer Olympics. All 230 people on board died in the third-deadliest aviation crash in U.S. history. The reconstruction of the fuselage was the largest and most complex ever undertaken in the history of civil aviation and is used as a teaching and training tool at the Training Center. For more information regarding the crash of TWA 800, click here
For those having previously viewed the presentation and reconstructed fuselage, Ken Presley will be presenting a session about how to use the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse that becomes mandatory on January 6, 2020.
