Industry Insurance Leaders Cosponsor UMA's First International
Motorcoach Driver Competition 
 

(Alexandria, VA) The United Motorcoach Association's first Annual International Driver Competition will be cosponsored by Crum& Forster Insurance and Shriver-Capacity Insurance. The competition will take place Feb. 28, 2017 in St. Louis, during the 2017 UMA Motorcoach Expo. This first of its kind international event has already attracted more than 50 competitors from 21 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces.

The UMA International Driver Competition champions will receive cash prizes, trophies, framed certificates, and recognition at  the UMA Leadership Awards Celebration on February 28 in St. Louis.

Eligibility to compete is based on a driver's membership in the UMA Driver Member program (currently free), participation in the UMA Safe Driver Recognition Program, winning a championship in a state or regional competition, and/or recommendation from their employer. Competitors are eligible for complimentary hotel stay and a free 2017 UMA Motorcoach EXPO registration. Full details about the competition are on the Expo website.
 
The UMA Motorcoach Expo is the largest gathering of motorcoach operators in North America, bringing together nearly 2,000 bus and motorcoach industry professionals annually. In addition to the driver competition, the event includes multiple networking opportunities, a sold-out exhibit hall featuring the latest products and service, and an educational program designed to address all bus and motorcoach business operations.
