	Victor S. Parra, President & Chief Executive Officer Mr. Parra joined the UMA team in 1998. He has over twenty-five years of association management experience. 	Ken Presley, Vice President of Industry Relations Mr. Presley joined UMA in 2006 after a long and successful career in the insurance industry. He is the primary resource for UMA members on a wide range of issues and topics, plus he will manage several key association programs; help shape industry policies; interface with key government agencies, state associations and other industry groups, and help organize grassroots networks when needed.
